Second phase of Ningxia Dadi's steel cord program comes into operation

Recently, second phase of Ningxia Dadi Circular Development Corp. Ltd.’s steel cord program has been preparing for trial operation.

The program is located in Pingluo county, Shizuishan, and has eight production lines, with annual capacity of 120,000 tons steel cords/high pressure hose wire.

The company also has an all-steel radial tire program and a carbon black program in Pingluo county.

Xie Menglin, chairman of Ningxia Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises Association, and Peng Youdong, party secretary of Shizuishan, participated in the kicking-off ceremony.

The company held a ground-breaking ceremony for the third- and fourth-phase radial tire programs.

The third-phase program aims to produce 10 million semi-steel radial tires and 20 million motorcycle tires per year.

The fourth-phase program aims to produce 2.4 million all-steel radial tires and 50,000 engineering tires.
