Sailun Jinyu Tire releases 2017 annual report

Sailun Jinyu Group recently released its 2017 annual report.

According to statistics, Sailun Jinyu Tire Group increased 1 million units/year of full-steel tires and 4.2 million units/year of half-steel tires, 35,000 units/year of OTR tires in 2017.

By the end of 2017, the company could produce 40 million units/year of half-steel tires, 5.4 million units/year of full-steel tires and 118,000 units/year of OTR tires.

Full-steel tire's capacity utilization in Sailun Jinyun'sQingdaoplants reached 98.85% in 2017, with 2.6 million units/year of capacity; Half-steel tire reached 79.85% of capacity utilization, and OTR tire has 85.35%.

Qingdao plant was still under construction, and planned to complete operation by 2019.

Dongying Plant's half-steel tire reached 72.38% of capacity utilization, with 20 million units/year of designed capacity.

Shenyang Plant's full-steel tire reached 93.38% of  capacity utilization, with 1.8 million units/year of designed capacity.

ItsVietnamplant has 82.88% of half-steel tire  capacity utilization, which is designed with 10 million units/year.

Vietnam plant is still under construction, which is planned to complete construction in 2018.

In 2017, Sailun Jinyu produced 35.64 million units of tires, yearly rising by 14.42%, and sold 35.12 million units of tires, yearly up 14.16%.

The company said it planned to produce 38 million units of tires in 2018.
