FIRST EVER ATMA ANNUAL CONVENTION BEING HELD

The first ever Automotive Tyre Manufacturers’ Association’s (ATMA) annual convention with the theme ‘Tyre Industry-Taking India to the World’ took place in New Delhi, India on February 7, 2018..

Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu was the Chief Guest at the event. The Minister released a research report on the Tyre Industry’s Competitiveness at the convention.

Satish Sharma, Chairman, ATMA, Rajiv Budhiraj, Director General, ATMA, Onkar S Kanwar, Chairman and CEO Apollo Tyres, Kaushik Dutta, Founding Co-director, Thought Arbitrage Research Institute, Neeraj Kanwar, vice chairman and Managing Director, Apollo Tyres also spoke.

The ATMA Annual convention was a unique platform for automotive and tyre industry leaders, policymakers, government officials, thought leaders and consultants. ATMA is the most active and well known national industry body in India. It represents eleven large tyre companies in the country accounting for over 90% of tyre production.
