China tire production grew 5.4% in 2017

Recently, statistics from China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed that China produced 926 million units of tires in 2017, increasing 5.4% compared to the same period of 2016.

In 2017, China's chemical industry is in the process of shifting from the old production drivers to the new ones. In that case, tire production is over supplied in China, because of low investment demand.
