BKT WIDENS ITS PRODUCT RANGE FOR LOADERS

World's one of leading off-highway tyre makers BKT has developed several tyre ranges for loaders. The new tyres have been developed aiming at a concrete and direct response to the particular needs and requirements that operators in the industrial field bring forward daily.

The company said that the high performance and durable tyres will meet the complex needs of companies operating in this sector, increasing both productivity and operating hours. “Continuous innovation by BKT in terms of materials employed and technical tyre engineering are a guarantee for continuously improved performance in loading and material transport operations. Loaders are employed in a variety of different applications. This is exactly the reason why BKT has designed an extensive range of products that perfectly suit this type of equipment’s different usage conditions,” said BKT.

Among the newly developed tyres, the BK-Loader 53, an aramid-belted tyre, is designed for loaders in industrial applications. The BK-Loader 53, according to BKT, excels in recycling operations and its special tread pattern ensures outstanding lateral stability, and its extra depth, which confers extraordinary resistance against wear, cuts and punctures. BK-Loader 53 also distinguishes for best self-cleaning properties in addition to excellent traction on both wet and dry surfaces. This novelty made by BKT is available in size 405/70 R 20.

The second new tyre for loaders is Earthmax SR 31, a multi-ply steal-belted radial tyre, has excellent traction, handling and stability, claims the Indian tyre company. The Earthmax SR 31 works in toughest operating conditions, and it copes extremely well and with agility on muddy terrain. “In addition to extraordinary driving comfort, this tyre ensures a longer product life-cycle thanks to the special cut-and-heat-resistant tread compound,” said BKT. The Earthmax SR 31 is available in sizes 23.5 R 25, 26.5 R 25 and 29.5 R 25.

For applications in the construction sector, Earthmax SR 25, an All Steel radial tyre, has been developed. Thanks to the special non-directional tread design, it offers superior grip, extraordinary self-cleaning properties as well as stability off the road even on the toughest terrains such as those of road construction sites. The tyre is available in size 14.00 R 24.
