TIRE COLOGNE OFFERS PLATFORM FOR RETREADING AND RECYCLING INDUSTRY

As many as 19 of the 20 highest-revenue companies from the current ‘Tire world ranking list’ have confirmed their participation in Tire Cologne in May 2018. It also offers a platform for the retreading and recycling industry. The Tire Cologne is taking place in Cologne for the first time from May 29 to June 1, 2018 and is being organised by Koelnmesse and the industry sponsor, the Bundesverband Reifenhandel & Vulkaniseur-Handwerk e.V.

In addition to exhibitor presentations, the visitors can look forward to an extensive event programme. Conferences and lectures, shows and evening events are other highlights.

The Global Retreading Conference on May 29, 2018 is being staged for the first time in collaboration with the European Retreading Association BIPAVER. Experts will present current developments, market data and best practice examples and discuss the potentials and future of the retreading industry. The Global Retreading Conference is the first congress to bring the entire international retreading industry together in one place. It provides an opportunity to take a comprehensive and global look at the decisive trends and developments of the industry and meet up with all the industry players in one location. Products manufactured from recycled tyres will also be exhibited in the special area.

The ‘Future Tire Conference’, an established expert platform, will be held on May30 and 31, 2018 focusing on themes ‘Efficient production sites and the growing demands of today and tomorrow’ and ‘Old tyre recycling’.
