LINGLONG TIRE SETS UP SUBSIDIARIES LUXEMBOURG AND MEXICO

Linglong Tire has opened two new subsidiaries in Luxembourg and Mexico for import and export activities.

The two subsidiaries, Mexico tire unit, named ELITE FAITH MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. ,and Luxembourg investment unit, named Linglong Luxembourg S.à r.l, will engage in the import and export of tire and tire raw materials.

The subsidiaries are located in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg and Mexico City, Mexico.

The subsidiaries are set up to build up Linglong’s overseas sales network to speed up the two     companies’ cooperation,”said the statement.
