IRMRA GETS BMO ACCREDITATION

IRMRA has secured Business membership Organisation (BMO) accreditation from Quality Council of India (QCI) and has been awarded Diamond category organisation based on grading obtained in various criteria set upon Governance, Operations, Services and Performance Measurement & Reviews.

The award was distributed by Kalraj Mishra, Minister of MSME, during a workshop in India Habitat Centre, New Delhi in April.

BMO, i.e. Industry Association and chambers serve as a critical link between entrepreneurs, government and other stakeholders and service providers.  Quality Council of India (QCI) a non-profit autonomous body set up jointly by the Government of India and the Indian Industry plays a pivotal role at the national level in propagating, adoption and adherence to quality standards in all important spheres of activities.

This accreditation has been designed to increase the confidence amongst the stakeholders (government, donors, community) about the functioning and effectiveness of IRMRA.  This accreditation will help the BMOs to partner with Government and engage in public policy dialogue and many more benefits for the growth.
