CEAT REAPPOINTS ANANT GOENKA AS MD

Anant Goenka has been reappointed as managing director of Ceat for another five years.

In a statement submitted to the BSE, Ceat said, “We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of  Anant Goenka, as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years i.e. from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.”
