On November 23, China Rubber Industry Association held the ninth membership representative conference in Hangzhou, in which the transition and reelection were successfully completed. 

Deng Yali was elected as the president of the Ninth Council of China Rubber Industry Association, Xu Wenying was elected as the deputy president and secretary general, and Fan Rende was recommended as the honorary president. In this conference, 466 members, 192 executive members and 28 vice presidents of the Ninth Council were elected, in which there were 5 senior vice presidents.
