Apollo Hires New Head of Sales

Matthias Urban has joined Apollo Vredestein as the tiremarker's new head of sales. He replaces Jaap van Wessum.

With his wealth of knowledge and experience within the tire industry, he is sure to become a driving force in the development in our business in Europe,” said Mathias Heimann, president of the Europe & Americas region for Apollo.

Urban has more than 22 years of experience in the automotive industry. Most recently he worked as product business unit director and marketing director for consumer tires for Goodyear Dunlop in the Middle East and Africa.
