Hubei Aulice 3 Million All-steel Tire Project Launched

On November 8, 2019, Hubei Jiashun Tire Co., Ltd. launched its 3 million high-performance all-steel radial tire project. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Aulice Tire Co., Ltd., Jiashun Tire was founded in July 2019 with the registered capital of 100 Million Yuan.

The project is said to purchase three sets of F370 internal mixers, three sets of F270 internal mixers, as well as other special facilities. Thus, it demands 76.3 thousand tons of natural rubber, 24.7 thousand tons of rubber polymer, 53.3 thousand tons of carbon black and 28.2 thousand tons of steel cord per year. And it will also build waste water treatment facility, exhaust gas treatment work, risk prevention system as well as other environmental protection engineering to ensure its discharge reaches the standard of the latest national environmental requirements.
