Zhongce Publicly Announced Major Pro-ject of Four Billion

On May 21, Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. publicly announced the EIA information of “production line relocation (expansion) project of an annual production capacity of 2 million all-steel radial truck tires and rubber products” with a total investment of RMB 3,955 Million Yuan.

The project covers an area of 1,273.66 mu, and the newly built construction area is 1.02 million square meters. It is originally expected that after putting into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 2 million all-steel radial tires, and 3.5 million light truck and OTR tires, etc. According to the latest news, however, Zhongce Rubber has adjusted the original construction plan. 

The company decided to cancel the construction projects for all rubber product production lines. The cancelled product categories may be non-tire products such as crawler belts and conveyor belts. The company explained that according to the production and development plan of Zhongce, the cover tire production line should be built and put into operation first.
