Maoming Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Successfully Trial-produced a New Product of Butadiene Rubber

Since the beginning of this year, in order to enrich the product structure and enhance the corporate competitiveness, Maoming Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has been vigorously developing new products to meet the new market demand in view of the current situation of single butadiene rubber products.

On April 17, the company successfully trial-produced 110 tons of BR9100 new products in the rubber workshop, which are specially used for high impact-resistant polystyrene, expanding the product grade of its butadiene rubber products.

It is reported that this product is lower than the conventional product BR9000 in view of mooney viscosity, mainly used for polystyrene products. It can be grafted to polystyrene and rubber particles together to improve the impact resistance performance, which has been used by a plant in South China for trial.
