Jiangxi Blackcat Signs a New Contract, Setting Foot in Coking Industry

On February 19, Jiangxi Blackcat Carbon Black Inc., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China’s major coking enterprise, China Xuyang Group Co., Ltd.

According to the agreement content, the two parties will continue to carry out more in-depth cooperation in supply and demand business of tar and anthracene oil that are necessary for carbon black production. In addition, the existing industrial naphthalene products of Blackcat Carbon Black can be used by Xuyang Group. For this end, the two parties have signed an exclusive supply & exclusive sales agreement.

The cooperation agreement signed by Blackcat Carbon Black clearly includes the company’s Tangshan, Wuhai, Handan, Jining and Hancheng production bases. The two enterprises also plan to participate jointly in the integration of coal tar deep processing and benzene hydro-genation industries. In addition, the two parties have also explored the possibility of cooperation in capital market and wider fields.
