K&M Purchases Kelle Oil’s Wholesale Tire Division

K&M Tire has acquired the assets of Kelle Oil Company’s Wholesale Tire Division located in Braman, Okla.

Effective July 10, the purchase gives K&M access to Kelle’s entire tire inventory and list of wholesale tire customers.  The acquisition expands K&M’s customer base in Oklahoma and Kansas, the company said.

"We are very excited about this opportunity with Kelle Oil to expand and add to our customer base in Kansas and Oklahoma.” said Cheryl Gossard, K&M Tire vice president.

K&M plans to service its new customers from its existing warehouses in the Oklahoma City and Wichita areas, the company said.

Kelle Oil will continue to operate under the same name and focus solely on their retail and commercial tire store and oil distribution.

Delphos, Ohio-based  K&M Tire operates 18 distribution centers in more than 20 states.
