Bridgestone CEO Elected to Natural Gas Co. Board

Gary Garfield, CEO and president of Bridgestone Americas, was elected to Charlotte, N.C.-based Piedmont Natural Gas’ board of directors, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Garfield was elected following Piedmont’s annual shareholders meeting in March. Garfield will stand for reelection to the natural gas distributor’s board at the next March meeting.
