The Tire Cologne Kicks Off Registration

The Tire Cologne, the newly announced rival exhibition to Messe Essen’s Reifen series, has started registering businesses for its 2018 show, according to Tyres & Accessories.

Show organizers Koelnmesse,  said its received registrations from Alcar, Bohnenkamp, Brock Alloy Wheels, Euromaster, GDHS, Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany, Kraiburg, Kuhmo Tyre, Michelin, Nexen Tire, Pirelli, Point S and Yokohama.

Koelnmesse said it has started a preview campaign with the motto, “We are on board.” The advertising campaign will feature registered company logos, according to T&A.

While the event is still three years away, Koelnmesse argues that “big events cast long shadows,” T & A said. The first early bird booking phase runs until the end of 2015.

The Tire Cologne is scheduled to take place at the same time as Reifen 2018, May 29 – June 1 2018. The show is sponsored by the German Tire Retailers and Vulcanization Trade Association.
