Shandong Jinyu Tire punished for insider trading

On October 25, China's Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC) decided to punish 18,210,000 yuan on Jinyu Tire and 200,000 yuan on Yan Huffing, Chairman of Shandong Jinyu Tire Group, for its insider dealing.

In the end of 2015, Yan Huffing, Chairman of Jinyun Tire and also an insider, used other security accounts to buy in 45,575,200 yuan of Macrolink Cultural Tainment Development CO.,LTD.'s shares. 

Although it posted 6,342,700 yuan deficit after selling the shares,  CSRC still gave a  18,210,000 yuan of ticket to Jinyu Tire.
