Alliance Expands West Coast Team

Alliance Tire Americas has appointed Antony Cresta as its new West Coast field application specialist and hired J.D. Lewis to serve the area's regional sales manager.

The new positions are part of Alliance’s continuing expansion West, the tiremaker said.

"Improving our ability to keep up with our customers’ growing needs is critical to our growth in the U.S. off-highway tire market, and Tony and J.D. will be integral to that effort,” said James Clark, ATA president. “With our new warehouse and a growing sales presence in the West, we are in a position to better fulfill the demand for our Alliance, Galaxy and Primex tires, as well increase our U.S. distribution of Aeolus truck tires.”

Cresta previously worked in customer service at Alliance’s headquarters. In his new position, Cresta will help ATA customers and equipment owners with tire-related engineering issues and will be helping the company develop new tires to meet machine owners’ application-specific needs, Alliance said.

Lewis is based in California. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and has a deep knowledge of the tire industry, Alliance said.
