H&H Founder Michael Hickman Dies

Michael Hickman, partial owner and founder of H&H Industries, died at the age of 71.

Following a career in the military, Hickman started a small retail and retread tire business in Ashland, Ky. As the business grew Hickman expanded to OTR tire industry. In 1978, he accepted an offer to purchase the small single bay facility which has since grown into a ninety thousand sq. ft. facility.

Michael is survived by his wife Mary Ellen, two sons Noah and Russel Hickman and three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Riverside Christian School in Lost Creek, Ky.
