Marangoni Extends Range of Ringtread Trailer Rings

Marangoni Retreading Systems has completed its range of Ringtread trailer rings with its RZ Fe 100 pattern.

The RZ Fe 100 is designed to respond to the needs of users in the long-distance segment. The pattern is ideal for intercity express coaches, drive axles on 6×2 units and twin trailer axles that require continuous high-speed operation, Marangoni said.

The non-directional, all-position pattern features four wide longitudinal grooves and numerous cross sipes helping to ensure traction and resistance to overheating. A new compound ensures grip and offers low rolling resistance allowing the retread to offer high mileage, Marangoni noted.  Additionally, specific groove depth and wave pattern reduce the risk of penetration by sharp objects and ensures water dispersion and reduces road noise.
